1. General terms

1.2. You will be required to submit some of your details to itraderonline via our website upon registration, to enable us verify your account and also for security purposes.

1.3. Joint account where there can be more than one user/owner is allowed. This is a typical case of a Corporate Account, etc

YOU agree to refrain from copying, duplicating, and/or soliciting information, material, and other properties owned by itraderonline or any of the services we provide unless we grant YOU prior written approval and consent. itraderonline, Inc. reserves the legal right to review and make changes to its 'MEMBERSHIP' fees at any time it deems necessary with a prior notification to subscribers of such adjustments.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. Investment/Funding is done through itraderonline.uk for commercial activities.

2.2. Implementation of Profit is the responsibility of the company.

3. Conditions

3.1. An Investor can decide to close his account whenever he/she deems fit.

3.2. Upon registration and investment with itraderonline, a trader or an account manager will be assigned to the investor.

3.3. Withdrawal can be done weekly or monthly, subject to preferred account type.

3.4. An investor can decide to increase his/her investment at any point in time.

3.5. Lack of access to the site because of possible technical malfunctions by hosting companies serving our site, does not affect the accrual of profits and fulfillment of requests for withdrawal of funds by investors.

3.6 Company charges varies, depending on the account type

4. Force

4.1.All conflicts arising between Investors and itraderonline shall be resolved using negotiations and dialogue.

4.2. An Investors account may be blocked in a case where his/her actions results to material damage or loss to itraderonline until issue is resolved.

4.3 An investor may be denied attention and service in a case of violation of agreement
